CrannAI Suite
Authenticated customer data is owned by the customer organisation and is logically isolated by organisation throughout the application. Organisation knowledge, jobs, files, API usage and report results are scoped to that organisation.
AI processing
Report Intelligence constructs a minimum-necessary model context package and sends it through the CrannAI-controlled model gateway. Provider credentials remain server-side. CrannAI is designed so providers can be changed and local-model processing can be introduced for more restrictive projects.
Logging
Application logs are designed to retain operational metadata rather than full confidential prompts or report contents. Audit records capture actions, actors and object references.
Production launch
Before accepting external customer data, replace this provisional notice with the final controller/processor details, subprocessors, retention periods, international-transfer information and contact details for the production deployment.
